Mini Moose Preschool and School Age Care Registration

MIni Moose INFANT AND TODDLER REGISTRATION

A $50 per child yearly, non-refundable enrollment fee needs to be included with the forms to complete your registration.
This fee covers yearly consumable items such as paper, crayons, glue, snacks, etc.

Please download and read over the attached Handbooks, depending on which program you need. Sign and return the last page.
