Guided Life Stories Part II
Capture the stories of your life a couple of pages at a time! In this six-session class, you and a small group of classmates will use a theme-based approach to recall some of the stories of your life. You’ll reflect on your experiences related to that week’s theme and write a story from which you will select about two pages to share with the group the following week. This exchange of stories within the safe, non-judgmental, confidential environment of the class helps put each person’s stories into a broader context, leading to new perspectives and insights into one’s own life and the lives of others. *Prerequisite: Must have completed Part I or equivalent GAB program previously. Class size is limited to 7, please register by September 25th.
