Hello. My name is Nicolle Gilbertson and I am a Kindergarten teacher here  at Moose Lake Elementary school. This will be my 23rd year teaching, and my 14th year teaching kindergarten. I like to think that Kindergarten is one of the most important grades in a child’s school experience. In Kindergarten, students learn the foundational skill both academic and social, needed for a successful school career. Kindergarten is a time of exploration and creativity, hard work and determination, and excitement and curiosity. Kindergarten is the absolute best!

My husband Jeff and I love living in this area! We moved here well over 14 years ago, and it was one of the best decisions we made.  We have two children, a daughter who attends college at the University of Minnesota, and a son who is a senior in high school!  We also have 8 ducks, three dogs, three cats, one rooster, three hens, and two geese.
